MZ Construction is currently engaged in the Colonial II Housing Project, situated in Rome, NY. This development is an ADA compliant, low-income housing initiative, with an estimated completion date set for November 2023. Leveraging our expertise in prefabrication, we have implemented innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle. By utilizing prefabricated exterior panels and interior walls, alongside comprehensive digital layout mockups, we've preemptively addressed challenges, ensuring seamless construction execution. Notably, intricate elements such as the parapet and cornice were also constructed using prefabrication techniques. As finish work progresses, our team's meticulous attention to detail is evident, resulting in exceptional quality outcomes.
