Because the healthcare facility was still operating during this major renovation, Ted mentions that his team had precautions put in place to ensure the construction area was operating with safety as a top priority throughout the entire project.

Martin-Zombek Construction Asst. Project Manager, Luke Capria, summarizes some of the efforts the construction team has taken on at the Specialty Surgery Center renovation project in Syracuse, NY. Throughout the construction, the ambulatory surgery center has been able to remain open and serving its patients. The team has done this by minimizing the footprint of the construction and implementing safety procedures to mitigate any risk associated with operating during the renovation.
