Landmark Theatre Stage House

This project involved construction of two 90-foot exterior walls, built back to back, while maintaining the original exterior façade for the first 30 feet from the ground.

Other project tasks included fireproofing of all new steel to help meet fire code requirements, building new offices and dressing rooms for performing shows, and most critically: protecting and replicating original ornamental plaster. We met the deadline of less than one year to be ready for opening performances.
