Jefferson Community College

Martin-Zombek constructed a new 4-story dormitory with two wings with light metal framing and a center hub with steel framing. This was the first of many projects in which our design team helped forecast materials. This proactive approach allowed precut materials to be delivered and staged in appropriate locations which increased efficiency and productivity.

MZ provided: interior metal framing, backing, insulation, drywall, finishing and acoustical ceilings.
