Cornell University’s MVR (Phase II)

Originally constructed in 1932, historic treatment procedures were in place for Martha Van Renneslaer Hall. LEED certification was also a goal. Martin-Zombek built new partitions and ceilings, repairing the original plaster. After constructing the new partitions, we seamlessly merged the two systems together with new plaster.
