Martin-Zombek Construction has undertaken the renovation of the Specialty Surgery Center of Central New York in Syracuse, NY. The project aims to revamp and expand the existing space while ensuring uninterrupted operations of the ambulatory surgery center. With a goal to double its size, the center remains fully operational, serving over 75 clients daily. The renovation encompasses multiple phases, including the refurbishment of reception, waiting areas, sterilization, decontamination, break rooms, storage areas, and offices in phase one. Phase two focuses on the enhancement of post-op and pre-op areas, along with the addition of two new surgery rooms.
