Landmark Theatre

At the Landmark Theatre Stage House, our team undertook the formidable task of constructing two 90-foot exterior walls, seamlessly integrating them with the original façade while preserving its historical integrity. Additionally, meticulous fireproofing of all new steel structures ensured compliance with stringent fire safety codes. Beyond structural enhancements, we meticulously crafted new offices and dressing rooms to accommodate performing shows, all while safeguarding and replicating the theater's original ornamental plaster. Despite the challenges, we successfully met the aggressive timeline of less than a year, ensuring the stage house was ready for opening performances.
