Last week at the MZ PreFab Shop, Mike Howe facilitated a day of training with Mike Rivells from Hilti

The training aligned with MZ’s commitment to utilizing state-of-the-art technology as a core value that facilitates success.

Hilti provides our field leaders with software that enables them to do jobsite layouts themselves. This brings our office and jobsites much closer together: we can plan ahead in end-to-end digital processes. By cutting out manual steps, we avoid the most error-prone tasks and save time. Not to mention, empowering our field leaders to be independent is essential and we support their career ambitions by expanding their skillsets.
